Why my ex doesn't want me dating anyone else?

My ex is dating someone else and doesn't plan on breaking up with her. I'm not dating anyone but I'm seeing two guys. I told my ex about it because we were just chatting about our lives. He thinks me dating isn't a good idea because I'm going to go after the wrong guys who only want sex and also he doesn't think any guy would ever take me serious. All his advice has been complete discouragement from dating. It's clear we aren't getting back together and he knows I'm not going to want him back if he is dating another girl over me.

One weekend we were suppose to hang out but I chose to hang out with a different guy. I told him that if nothing better planned out I would chill with him. I lied I wasn't actually going to hang out with him regardless because he has a girl. Because I told him about the other guy he got mad and blocked me.

Why should it matter what he thinks? He’s an ex for a reason. He’s moved on and you’re allowed to move on too. He’s probably being like that because he’s controlling you. Cut him out of your life and concentrate on these two guys who are in your life. Your ex is in the past. Keep him there.

Cut the cord, and stop the games. Disconnect from the Ex. Unless you want a booty call then just have it and be done with it.
