Is heartbreak ever truly about the other person, or just the version of ourselves we lost with them?

For me when two people get together and experience love it's one thing
But when two people get together and experience love and become one it's a much deeper love our Chemistry or r energ come together and become so Interconnected you feel you know that person like no other
And when you brake up it's one thing when it's just two people. But it's a whole nother world when two people break up and you go Your separate ways. But you also have your two energies that have become one
That are so.
Codependent on each other that's where the pain comes from That's when you can't sleep. That's when you can't eat. That's when you're depressed and you feel like c*** every single day. It's not so much you, but it's your energy mourning. The other energy because they're not together anymore. They're not one anymore. They also feel in love Whether your energy is your soul or your spirit, it is a part of you that has become one with another. And it's not their choice to split up. It's the human beings choice and the spirit of the energy does not want this to happen. So they mourn each other. So this is the only way I can answer your question this is my belief like I have always said if you understand energy and feel it it will change your life. We are more than Just human beings. We are energy in a body.
When our body leaves.
Our Energy is set free it's deeper than a feeling it's deeper than the other person
Picture yourself your body now picture walking out of your body picture someone else and picture them walking out of there body. Now picture them In a clear Transparent way to becoming one. And that feeling or bond two energys
Who I lost is unclear, because who I was is unclear, was I who I was? who I'd like to be? who I really was? who I really was but only in her presence? And according to which part of me.
I even liked losing certain versions of me.
That's why I appreciate the concept of versions of ourselves, as it is useful to talk about a topic as intricate and deceitful as identity.
The Who are many, it's hard !
https://www.youtube.com/embed/TpxC80cEaL4I have definitely lost myself when being in a relationship it always becomes to making them happy and never myself. I think this is a good question. I think my answer is both
It is almost certainly both – it's about the loss of the other person and the loss of the version of ourselves that existed within that relationship.

Great question. Probably a little of both.
No definitely about the person you lost. It can be feeling like someone close to you past away for good
It can be both. It depends on the cause of the heartbreak.
If it's betrayal then it's about the part of yourself you lost.
If it's bereavement it's about the other person as well as the part of yourself.
This is another good question. It can be both. I have been in relationships that caused me to become a different version of myself. It can be somebody who is more adventurous or somebody who is more fun or somebody who is more serious. Itis possible to look back and miss those other versions of yourself.
A bit of both. The personal loss and the relationship loss are two sides of the coin.
is heartbreak is when you realize you'll never see the other person again
It’s about both of you and the loss of how you were together
A bit of both but the other person that invested more in that relationship is going to feel the pain more trust me
No. It’s about the loss of what you thought you’d have
A little bit of both
Yes. Obviously.
The part of ourselves we lost with them.
It's partially both.
Both.
