Does my ex feel regret?

Me and my ex broke up 3 months ago went no contact after he said life was busy couldn’t be in a relationship a week ago we went to our friends party and he was just looking down all the time and avoided being around me when he would see me come in he would just look away and even if I’m not looking he would just look down and cannot make eye contact with me at all

now I know that he probably moved on and is minding his own business but the energy felt weird and as if like he felt regret or he hates me

I just wanted to know if a guy cannot look at my face or make eye contact does that mean he regrets it or has fully moved on?

Why does it matter, literally get over it. No way he was that good and no way you aren't a walking red flag since you can't let some basic guy go. Just stop and go live your life instead of wondering about people that aren't thinking about you. You don't have anything better to do to improve your life than be hella thirsty over an ex and talk to strangers online while anon?
