Why does my ex feel guilty?

My ex seems guilty every time he with another girl. We have been divorced for couple years. Claims that he wants me back but keep messing around with his toxic ex girlfriend. He constantly drill me all the time. I am to scared to date and crap, he monitors me on social media and crap. God why feel guilty when he’s the one that cheated?

May be because he his being with many girls which had toxic relation with him and he must be thinking the relation he spend with you was better than spending with ex girlfriend. thats why he feel guilty.
That's why he is monitoring you and trying to get you back.
