I got married to my husband when I was 20 and we had a really good marriage until I moved back to my country as we were going to do a visa application for him to come to my country. Unfortunately COVID hit just after I came back so we could not do anything for nearly 2 years as he was out of work. Then when we were reunited he was crying to see me. Shortly after we did the visa but everything was sent back due to a bad solicitor.
I was over and back and we called everyday. Then his parents both got sick at the same time so everything was put on hold. We were going to do the visa application up until 6 months ago but he has not been responding to my messages or really making an effort. I was thinking about going over to him and chatting and discussing our possibilities and even divorce. If we decide on Divorce we can do it there and then and make a start on it. I still love him but I want clarity. Should I go? And another thing I live with my parents and they will go mad if they hear im going over as they dont like him based on where he's from so how do I deal with the fallout from that :( I am 26!

damn, you are 26. you are too young for all of this nonsense when you can find someone else. you should divorce, find yourself, heal, and then start dating someone who lives in the same area as you. it's okay to move on from this, maybe the universe is trying to tell you something.
