Don't listen to the to get over someone you have to get under someone else crap. I tried that and it didn't work. The best advice I can give is time. Lots and lots of time.

there's nothing wrong with the length of time it takes to heal, don't let others shame you for walking your own path at your own pace. Give yourself grace and give it time

Everyone is different. I suggest keeping busy and spending a lot of time with friends and family. Consider therapy if you find nothing is working.
