so I went out with this guy. we broke up. me and his best friend play around a lot. and we flirt a lot but he's his "bestii" and I really like this kid even more then my ex (his "bestii") so we flirt and he LOVES to touch, not sexually, but like punch and push and all those types of things so am I being a whore by flirting with my ex's best friend, and should I stop and get over him if I am? thanks!

As far as I'm concerned, so long as you're single, there's nothing wrong with this. Either way, some minor, non-sexual flirting is completely harmless. Not something you should let bother you. If it escalates then maybe you should give it a little space between your breakup and whatever you do with this guy, unless your ex broke up with you. Then you owe him very little.

I actually wrote an article on here that I thought detailed some decent guidelines if you wanna take a look at it. ( link ) It's pretty lengthy, and it has a few generalizations but this is pretty much how I see things. No you're not a whore. Assuming you didn't cheat, (and you don't sound like the cheating type) what you're doing is fine.

Well if its just casual like punching and stuff. It might seem okay, logically. But it's been more than a year since my ex got over me and she is with a new guy. It really bothers me still. He might be the same way.

No, the term being a whore means your sexually promiscuous. Your just being a flirty friend and if someone tells you otherwise then they are jealous or something.

Exactly. Besides which if you wanna be technical about it, she'd have to have accepted money, bribery or some form of personal gain in exchange for sexual favors to be a whore. At worst she'd be a slut, and I wouldn't even call her that. It doesn't sound remotely sexual, and to me sounds like just simple fun. Furthermore she's single, and assuming he's single too, there's no harm done.

Well the touching is a key factor in which I think he likes ya? so I'm going to go ahead and say you stop and leave that kid alone, unless you plan on going out with him, but at the same time it is the kids best friend so ...
