I don't know whether she hates me or is disturbed by my presence she is avoiding me like a plague most of the time I don't approach her and been ignoring her yet she avoids me like plague and then stares at me on random day

Well you ignore her and she ignores you. Its a natural part of a breakup to distance yourself because you're still hurting. She isn't disturbed by your prescence she's just hurting and dealing with it in her own way just like you are. The fact that she stares at you and tries so hard to ignore you proves that she still has strong feelings about you. Breakups are tough and most people respond by shutting down and pretending the other person doesn't exist.
