He thinks I'm better off without him?

He says that he's breaking up with me because he can never be there for me, or not make plans with me as much as I'd like. He says he loves me, but he almost broke up with me the other day because he says he makes me unhappy.

WHy is he doing ths? Everything was so perfect. How can I fix it back?

He's either trying to put you down gently or he may be following "If you really love something you'll let it free" mentality. Maybe he knows he won't be around for a while for something. I had to do a similar thing going off to college and it sucked but it was for the best.

I am leaving to college, but that's in almost a year, he mentioned that but I can't imagne that being a real reason.

Maybe he wants the break to be clean by ending it sooner rather than later? I dunno, just giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. Best chance is to talk to the guy and figure out.

Tell him how you feel and that you are happy with the way things are. If he doesn't listen to you telling him how YOU feel then I'd wonder if that's someone I really want to be in a relationship with anyway and possible what the real reason is.
