Is it bad if he told me to stop caring about him?

I have strong feelings for this guy whom I'm asking about, they're so strong to the point where it's starting to get out of hand, maybe in love. But it's more than liking. Anyway, we ended our weird friendship on a bad note, sort of bad and awkward you could say... but that's not the point. The point is my other guy friend tried to clear the air between me and him knowing that we ended on bad terms.

But when he mentioned about how much I still care about him, he was like "Then tell her to stop caring about me, cuz I don't care". "Cuz I just (Insert F word here) don't. I don't give a sh*t about her rants". I don't know what got into him, he never talked about me in such a manner before, even went as far as calling me the B word.

The reason I know all this is cause my friend showed me his chat with him through text. And then later on when he merged me into a group chat with him, he ignored me all throughout it... and rudely exited the group as if he was purposely avoiding me.

Is this really that bad, that I have no chance of having any sort of relationship with him in the future? Because I still strong feelings for him despite all he said... I did cry for hours all day locked up in my room, but my feelings aren't fading at all 😭

Sounds like a very toxic environment, especially with that middle man there sending you all those messages. Are you sure you have a friend there? Doesn't look like one if those two are still friends. And yes, the way you ended your friendship is the point. It has all to do with how the other guy reacted. I think you're placing too much importance in this lost relationship, possibly because it's, precisely, lost, and you get that feeling that things could be better if you were still friends. Newsflash: They wouldn't, so move on. This isn't even a boyfriend that you lost or something: Just a guy friend that you caught feelings for. You even have more guy friends, apparently. You sound like the needy type

Yeah, one of them is still a friend. The one I had feelings for isn't. And no, those 2 aren't friends... they were complete strangers. But my other guy friend was feeling really bad for me which is why he took action to clear things up between us and to get us talking again. It failed sadly as he's not even willing to listen to anything I have to say. I don't know why he went silent when I joined the chat after saying so much about me behind my back.

I know it shouldn't have any Importance as he's a guy that I never had. But you probably don't know that just cause you weren't together with a guy doesn't mean you didn't have feelings for him as much as real girlfriend would. It's a thing, "Getting over the guy, you never dated". But he's the first ever one that captured my heart, I've had small crushes on guys before but they were never this serious...

Needy? I'm needy? I only have 2 more aside from the one I have feelings for. This one that took action on my behalf and 1 other, that's it. I have more female friends than guy friends..

Really? I feel like he doesn't even like me in that way. I too think it's permanently over between us, I see no hope in the future. Even now he's not even willing to talk to me, treats me like an Invisible wall. I don't know why he got silent after all he said about me aswell...

I don't know how or when I fell in love with him, he's the first ever one too that I seriously caught feelings for. I've had small crushes before on some guys, but for some reason, he was the one that captured my heart. But now I realise It was a big mistake falling for him 💔
