I want to break up with my boyfriend, is this very bad, slutty etc.. to do it week before his birthday ? or can I do it?

I just want to do it fast as possible because I don't feel attraction to him anymore, I try to avoid meeting and kissing him ..

but I know I will have to do birthday sex with him.. :(

I've broken up with someone on Valentine's day, and it did NOT go well at all. But I was a believer in not faking it, and "bad timing is a bitch, but the truth will always set you free". To answer your question - break-up as soon as possible, you hold no obligations to do anything sexual with anyone at all you don't want to do it.
