Should I break up him if he forget my birthday gift?

On my birthday my boyfriend was visiting his mother, I was fine with it, and he met me on the weekends, he gave me a bottle of wine said it's very expensive, it's mine now, I can decide however I want, bring home to share with friends or drink here, I said let me leave it in your of your place first, I will take it away. That night there was no birthday cake or birthday meal, the other morning I left and forget to bring the wine. After that he didn't mention the wine anymore. One week later he visit his best friend birthday, took three hours train and bought him a perfume. I said great, he said it's not price but the gesture and heart that he put in, I asked him but why U don't remind me to bring my birthday gift for so long, I think U just don't care about my birthday and when U bought the wine U also did not really put that much heart inside. He said I should appreciate it, because I just got a Dior lipstick on velentise day, I shouldn't complain or compare too much, why can't we just have nice meals and I should appreciate that he invited me meals everytime. But I also cook for him many times and bring fruits and honey and junger everytime he got ill, I never ask him to appreciate me. Should I break up with him?

He also cheated me many times before. He stared at my eyes said he loves me he never cheat or flirt or fuck any women while I already got some other girls' message about he uses dating apps and call one of the girl and persuade her have sex with him when we are in relationship. I told him I knew everything now, he said he promised he didn't fuck anyone, he was just bored and he only has me.
