Why does my ex want me to suffer? It's not like he wants me back... it was a very mutual break up, maybe a little more on his end than mine, but pretty mutual. It went OK no fighting, we were together 6 years, but now he is being hurtful and won't take my name off the car and says he wants me to suffer. Why now? WHat is going on?!?

Clearly he is not happy and bitter about the breakup.

For some odd reason he blames you.

If you ignore him without telling him this stuff it will piss him off more I think.

Only thing you can do is stay respectful/friendly towards him, let him know you want him to be happy. Perhaps tell him your not going to speak to him anymore whilst he is acting unfriendly towards you.

Some people use this sort of behavior as a way to help them get through break ups. They convince themselves that they really hate the other person and it helps them cope with the loss.
