What if this said women accepts this perusing ah? That will lead to cheating, don't you think?

For eg... Let's pretend I was this said women this guy is pursuing... If I notice hits of interested from from this guys, and If I am also somehow interested in this guy, and don't care that he is married man, or I don't know that he is... trust me, we will not be wasting any more time, I would accept his date invitations, etc...

But the real me wouldn't even bother in looking at the said married man, but just the fact that this married man is trying to pursue me, it still shows that he is capable of cheating if he is given the chance to.

If a person, man or woman, is married then it is important for them to respect their spouse. By pursuing another woman he is not only being disrespectful to his wife but also leading on that he wants another woman. I agree with LadyDi, by having thoughts of another woman other than his wife he is already cheating. He may not have physically penetrated her but just the thought of doing so is mental and emotional cheating. Cheating is cheating.

Yes. If he is actively trying to get with another woman I consider that cheating. The ONLY woman he should be worried about is his wife.

What is and is not cheating varies from person to person. Some consider going to a strip club or watching p*rn as cheating. Others have no issue with it. That said I would say that he is at the very least trying to cheat. From a moral standpoint he is as bad as a cheater. He may not have actually cheated yet, but that may only be because the other women haven't given him the chance.
