Man searches for a mistress to cheat with on his wife. does it mean he doesn’t love truly his wife?

Man constantly looks for a mistress to cheat with, all our office is full of rumours about him cheating in wife. It’s not a “weakness” or one night stand, he’s consciously planning it and offered me to become his mistress.
Would a married man who truly loves his wife do this, plan cheating with absolutely clear mind and no regret?

I don't condone cheating, but you also need to remember that you don't know the whole story. It could be as shallow and selfish as it appears on the surface, but it could also be something very different.

There are women who brag to their girlfriends that once they are married, they won't have to "put up with" sex anymore (this is evil!). There are also women who just want kids, and as soon as they have them, they feel that sex is no longer necessary. And still other women believed that marriage would lead to "happily ever after", and when every day didn't turn out to be pure bliss, she became unhappy, which soon made her angry, and of course, it had to be her husband's fault for her unhappiness, so her anger and resentment was focused on him.

There are even women who simply don't want sex anymore and will tell their husband to find it elsewhere.

So don't assume that you know what's going on based on the bits that you do see. There may be much more that you aren't aware of going on.

The one guy I knew who could somewhat fit that bill, only looked around after she stopped putting out and was very unenthusiastic when she did. He wanted her to be happy, but she was making hin miserable.
Take care of your spouse, otherwise they'll look for someone else who will.
I will say however that there is no excuse for cheating, if things are not working out and one of the two parties is not willing to do better, than it's over.

Do you and other men who I hope’s the majority truly believe cheating cannot be justified and means there’s no respect and love left to spouse? Ok it’s her fault in your case that she didn’t provide enough attention, but anyway love was dead by the moment he consciously decided to cheat

The cheater is always in the wrong.
And he found love in the other woman, whom he is still with and they are taking care of a total 10 children

I disagree that staying with a woman, have mutual mids and going on vacation and other stuff means he loves her truly. It’s more about a habit and confort, not love and respect
