They are virtually identical. Neither is super healthy. Though of the 2 mgtow people will eventually be with a woman it just requires an extremely specific woman 4b seems to be more centered around the hoe women who can no longer find a husband so they swear off men because of their poor choices. They essentially are blaming men because they can't get a man. Admittedly some of the mgtow are the male equivalent in that they can't get a woman. Either way both are not great but if we look at the outcome of the 2 mgtow seems to be slightly better. Time will tell
