Whether it's someone you like, someone you're dating or your boyfriend/girlfriend. Write down things they do and say, even the little things.
There's no way you're going to be able to remember everything, especially in the future. I've done this with the girl i currently i like and i love it, i can go back and read and remember nice moments we've had that i had completely forgotten and it puts a smile on my face.
I've written down over 30,000 words in a year. It's all the positive and even the negative things, it becomes very helpful in the future, especially if your memory isn't great!
I will write down things like, when and how she flirted, little compliments, things to do with body language and flirtatious eye contact. I highly recommend doing it!
