I have mentioned many times in this site that I don't want nothing to do with women and women don't find me attractive, but I realized that isn't true.

I realize today that women really do want me. This should be good news for me, but I don't want them.

Why you may ask?

I have my goals on one hand and women on the other. I do want to find "the one" and settle down, but not right now. I just can't get myself to commit to a woman, because my goals are more important to me right now.

I get it now, up until this point I though I was too ugly of a guy to date, but that's not true according to reality. It's the exact opposite.

All this time I realize now that I have mentally conditioned myself to believe that no women likes me just so that I can priortize my goals and deal with this conflict : you can't have the cake and eat it too. It's either reaching the life goals or women, A MAN CAN'T HAVE BOTH.

Once I achieve my goals, then yes, until then I need to keep women at bay. Once I get to where I want to be in life, once I become the man I know I will be oneday, only then will I approach women and find the one that best suits me.

And no, it isn't the most beautiful woman I see, it's the woman with the kindest heart, and the sweet personality that matters to me.

If you are a guy who resonates with what I say, then you know in your gut, that this isn't the time to be chasing women, this is the time to work hard on your dreams, so they become reality.

I'm one of the lucky ones who had a real father who was present in my life and taught me how to be a man. I feel sorry for my friends who didn't. There is NO substitute for a father.

I'm not so "lucky." But I do agree with and have been doing the rest of this already. I'm four years in on this goal of stopping pursuit of women. The funny thing is, I'm such a hopeless romantic too. I even agree with this part 100%: "It's the woman with the kindest heart, and the sweet personality that matters to me." That's EXACTLY how I think and feel! Too bad there's no women left out there like that (who are still single).

Fair enough. I've seen guys do well who find a good woman to settle down with early on as he builds his career life. Working on yourself will obviously always be better than a toxic relationship, you get more in the end. Good take 👍

When you're lonely is the worst time to look for women, what you need then is a friend or something to do.

Look if you have a goal and you want to fully focus on that goal more power to you. For real I respect that.
But when you are at that point where you want to a partner don't do it believing that women only want looks or money. The ones that only like that, are the ones you do not want. Trust me.

Yeah I don't want such women, but such women are the 90% of the lot, so out of the remaining 10%, there ain't a lot to choose from, and most of such women are already taken, so I'm more likely to end up alone. And I'm ok with that tbh
