I won't engage in texting with someone I don't know personally for multiple reasons, one of which is that texting seems to be the preferred method of communication for scammers and trolls, It is a complete waste of my time.

I respond to texts from anyone I know when I see them, most of the time thats immediate, but sometimes I don't see it right away.

Part of my job is driving, so people know it may be a bit before I answer. There should be an APP that shows that you are driving automatically.

I answer as soon as I can. I would never use artificial time restrictions. If she rejects me because of that, I am fine with it. I have no interest in playing games and that would be game playing to me.

I agree with this approach... that is me as well. Which is why its a turn off when you have to get into this type of "game play" over a text.

100% agree, they say they do or think they do... until they get it and its too honest and too sincere that is why I always roll my eyes when they say it.

I mean when you if they really wanted that, then most guys would just say from the state... I want meet go on date, have sex by the third to fifth date... and see where it goes from there. But that would not go over too well, even though its the most honest and sincere thing to say.

Good take but to long. Text rule is very simple. Conversations are like tennis one person hits it over the net the next person returns. I'll text you once if you dont respond you're dead to me.
