What does cuddling entail?

If a couple is dating but are not having sex, what can a girl expect when a guy wants to cuddle with her?

What kind of touching, kissing, etc? Be as detailed as possible. I'm just curious what I can expect.

cuddling usually entails spooning that turns into "loving on each other"- at least for me haha.

but, as far as not having sex, and in the spooning position, the guy could put his hand on your stomach (resting over your side) and his other arm beneath your head. he'll probably get a boner.

or a different position is you can put your head on his chest and he'll put his arm around you.

my mom always warned me that cuddling leads to sexual stuff (which she is right), so be careful if that isn't what you want to do.
