Talking about cuddling..

I'm talking to this guy about how it's "cuddle buddy season" and just joking around how he needs to find a cuddle buddy and etc etc. We then started talking about random other things and he all of a sudden came back to the topic.. "holy is it ever cuddle buddy season! It's so cold out!" Could this be directed at me?

He does other things like text me a lot, ask me a lot of questions about myself, incorporate our schedules to hang out, ask when I'm off work, etc. Are these all signs he could be interested? Or do guys generally do this with every girl?

I think he likes you. I mean if he texts you a lot and asks you a lot of questions about yourself and whatever then yes he does like and want to be with and cuddle with you, just give him the chance :)
