Do girls cuddle with guys they don't like?

a lot of people say this girl likes me judging by the way she acts around me and with her friends. and tbh we text/skype/hangout quite a lot so I began to believe what people were saying. gradually started to like her.

So this girl always claim that she doesn't cuddle whenever her girl friends want to cuddle and stuff.

but on around 3 occasions, I've slept over she and I cuddled. and I mean like intimate kind of cuddling like spooning and stuff. sleeping on my chest and hugging me vice versa. the 3rd time being the most intimate...intertwined legs, holding hands etc.. so I really thought she had feelings for me. we were talking fine and everything days after that 3rd time.

then like a few weeks later, she tells her friend yeah she cuddles anyone in bed. I was there to hear her say it. As if trying to tell me :s after all the times claiming that she doesn't cuddle I was for sure that she liked me loll

later on we kinda drifted apart. as in we don't really talk or hangout as much as we did. almost like she was avoiding me.

so now I'm just wondering. does she cuddle with every guy? does cuddling mean something anyway? to me it does because I definitely can't cuddle with people I don't like lol.

i also know that she's kinda shy when it comes to love stuff. so it could be that she's shy? or not ready for a relationship? Have problems showing affection? Because she is sometimes.

And recently we went out to some so called 'dates' to the movies and fancy restaurant (she suggested) lol. And this is only if I called her up in advance unlike before where I just call and go within an hour to hangout. Nowadays I need to make plans in adv to hangout with her.
