Why do I love listen to my boyfriend's heartbeat?

I really like listen to the sound of his heart, it makes me fell good, secure, protected, is like nothing bad could hapen in that moment. Why do i like it so much, and should I tell him about that?

i can't really explain it but it is a nice feeling. let him know =] i guess it's comforting. from a more scientific point of view, i think it's a feeling of familiarity when we were inside mum's tummy. pretty sure babies can hear it. same explanation goes for why many of us sleep in a foetal position =]
