What do tight hugs from your boyfriend mean?

yesterday I was cuddling with my boyfriend and he'd keep randomly squeezing tighter.. like really tight... does it mean don't leave me or something like that?

I've witnessed the more your boyfriend hugs you and the tighter he holds on to you, is an indication of his affection and love for you getting deeper and he's wanting to keep you close to him, because he doesn't want to lose you. it honest could be either one because I think he loves me now more than ever and his last girlfriend didn't really love him or I should say wasn't sure I'd she did but I try my best to make sure he knows that I love him

Then that is what you should continue doing. Displaying your love for him and letting him know how much you really do love him and if he wants to keep you close or hold you just a little bit tighter to reassure himself then lean into him and hug him tightly back in return. Let him know you're there for him always and that you're not going anywhere; you'll stay at his side no matter what... if that's how you feel.

One never knows what the future is going to hold for us. All we can do is perform the best we're able and keep hope and faith alive in a positive way. I concur hopefully you'll be able to keep him longer this time, but if it doesn't happen, don't let it destroy who you are, because sometimes you can do everything right and still not get the outcome you were wanting. You can't really control the actions of others, only your own, so just do the best you can and take solace in the fact you did do the best you could.
