My highschool boyfriends never cared much, one gave me some grief bc he just couldn't rationalize that cows won't starve to death/die en masse if people don't eat meat. And he would throw some crazy stuff my way, then I'd throw supply and demand basics his way.
My current boyfriend doesn't have negative views on it, I think he likes my dedication to my morals/animals. He likes trying the foods I cook and even cooks for me sometimes. He respects the decision.
Some guys are straight dummies and you're out with friends, you order your food, they catch on, they ask, you're upfront, then you get the one line every vegetarian rolls their eyes at XD "What about bacon?" Stahpppppp.

It certainly complicates things if he's the type that wants to share meals together. Though vegetarian isn't that hard to deal with compared to full on vegan. I'd date a guy who was a vegetarian, provided he didn't lecture me about eating meat. It wouldn't bother me to mix more vegetarian options into my diet. I'd probably just eat meat more often at lunch and when we went out for dinner or with friends. I'd never be able to date a vegan tho, even if he was chill about it. I like to eat together and share meals and I am not eating a bunch of fuckin vegan crap lol
I don't think so. I'm not vegetarian but I don't honestly eat a ton of meat more often than not, and my boyfriend is a fucking t-rex, I swear. He doesn't give a shit what I eat. Lol.
I admire it. You have something you believe in and you stick by it. I honestly like a girl who's not afraid to say who they are and what they believe in. and in any case 99% of them have a amazing body and outstanding health. and by the way according to medical daily A vegetarian diet has been associated with increased sexual activity. Those who consume tofu and other plant-based foods may have a better sex life than their counterparts due to the fact that certain plant products can influence hormone levels, and therefore, lead to heightened sexuality, the Daily Mail reported. Phytoestrogens, the so-called sex hormones found in plants, is said to be culpable for this effect.
I wouldn't mind dating a vegan or vegetarian. I find it completing and completely impossible for her to want to date me though being a meat eater. I find that vegs tend to take their diets very seriously and treat it as if it were a religion. I haven't met one single vegetarian or vegan who would date a meat eater nor has it ever happened. Eventually in the relationship lets say best case scenario. One of them will try and change their partner's mind. And almost all the time its the vegetarian or vegan who tries to change the meat eater. And what will happen is they end up breaking up with each other.

My history of meeting vegetarian girls and vegan girls makes me think twice but I personally don't have an issue with it however I do have an issue when they try and ram their beliefs down my throat ( pun intended ). I understand why people are and are not vegan / vegetarian and I accept them but by knowing a few girls who have strong feelings about it would definitely make me wary when beginning to date girls who are that way inclined
No, I really don't care. I don't even eat meat because I necessarily want to, but because I have to. You can't get enough protein to build muscle without it.
Plus, I'm used to being around vegetarians. My mom has been a vegetarian all my life. Not to mention that a girl I crushed on for years (probably my first real crush) is a vegetarian.I dated a vegetablist and it was a pain in the ass because you'd be surprised how few vegetarian options there actually are on menus, unless you want yet another frigging salad or pizza. I felt bad because she'd end up eating weird stuff instead of a proper meal.
For some, and here's why ;)

Eating is a big part of having a social life going out for entertainment enjoying a good fine meal with your wife or girlfriend and if she's just going to be real picky and act like I don't touch meat and look at you weird then yes it is a big turn off
No that's attractive, it shows you care about animals, keep being vegetarian (:
not at all , mostly when i'm with a girl and she's pure vegetarian i avoid telling her than i'm non vegetarian cuz maybe she might think of meat as disgusting and might not like me , but for guys , these things are secondary we don't really mind
I'm vegan and my crush doesn't seem to mind at the moment. It depends on both people. I don't force my lifestyle on others.
As long as she respects me decision to eat meat and is willing to cook it for me its not a problem. I couldn't just eat vegetables as meat for me is the most tasty part of any dish.
Somewhat. I like bacon and chicken and stuff like that, and it's really difficult to make delicious food without any meat. The recipes are less common.
Kind of. I mean I'd want someone I'm more compatible with, and that means I'd want someone who wants to eat fried animal corpses too, like any other normal person.
no just don't be pretentious about the fact that ur a vegetarian and don't make him feel bad for eating meat
Only if she expects me to be vegetarian as well or she's really fussy over stuff in the kitchen, like never being allowed to fry a steak in a pan that she uses, it's just too inconvenient.
as long as you didn't try to push your lifestyle on me or judge me when I eat meat it wouldn't matter
I am pretty big on cooking all sorts of things, so it's absolutely a deal breaker for me. Not as much if she's a smoker or religious, but I still wouldn't want to have to put with something like that.
If I like her, why I would care if she was a vegetarian?
No. Provided you have been seasoned, you shall taste very good.
As long as you don't try to convince me to follow your ways I wouldn't even know the difference probably.
Its ok as long as she can have a little meat in her mouth but doesn't have to swallow :-D
Yeah for me at least. Unless she is really cool about it and not pushy and fine with me eating meat the rest of my life. Which I've only met one chick like that.
