She's Probably just bored. I would date her, and see how things would be. I say that because I don't do drugs, or drink, and if she can understand why I do what I do, I'd be more than happy to occupy her time to keep her from being bored, and mostly likely challenge her even more, or maybe she can challenge me. Besides the drugs, I really see nothing wrong with her.
Response to update: these kind of girls are only found in the South? I'm not sure that you can say someone on a drug addict based on their appearance, but I'm pretty sire there are drug addicted girls in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, etc. And there are rednecks EVERYWHERE!
Did i say these type of girls can only be found in the South? No. Your basically jumping to heavy conclusion about what i'm saying to make me come across as if i'm insulting ALL South girls.
And like you said there are drug addict girls all over the world. Same can be said about the South. And I said she doesn't necessarily has to be a drug addict but have the look of one who looks like they do heavy drugs which people can make a description about if your facial expression/behaviour matches common traits of someone who does drugs.
Southern is put in place to indicate that she has a Southern accent. SJW such as yourself tend to overthink and look for multiple scenario/reason to label a person as being offensive for otherwise silly reason.
The point being I don't think up million scenarios of how each word i put can somehow be viewed as offensive when writing a question/take.
I'm a southern girl (from Alabama) , but I do not have a southern accent sadly. Why are southern people always judged as not to bright? Is cause of the accent? Regardless of our accent or lack of one we are pretty smart you know.. not all of us are dumb as bricks.
