Is it rude to ignore a snapchat from someone?

For an exemple someone sends a pic of themselves asking a question and then you open it and dont answer it. Is it rude? Thanks!

well it´s a pretty bold way of saying that you´re not interested XD

but honestly people so often assume that the other has actually read or seen something, when the app says "message read". very often this isn´t even the case or people just plain forgot.

If you ignore the question then it's rude. Otherwise it's fine to ignore it if it's a random snap. Just because someone sends you a snap doesn't mean that you have to respond.

Yes. If he asked you a question then it would be rude to ignore him. If he didn't ask you a question then it would've been okay to ignore it.

if you sent out a blanket request to everyone I dont think its rude but if anyone reaches out directly to you , it is always rude to ignore, dismiss or otherwise not respond.
