Do men prefer natural or straight hair on black women?

Maybe you should become more educated on extensions. Yes they can be glued but no one really uses that method because it's not really good for your hair. Most people sew it in. And also, I have friends born with straight hair and they're black, and they get curly extensions or they don't get any at all. It's different for everyone. I have curly hair but I got my hair relaxed, which I'm sure you don't know what that is, so now my hair is straight and I get extensions for practice purposes. And is there a problem wearing other people's hair on our head? If you don't like it, don't do it, but there's no reason to be as critical as you are.

I love both! The fluffy curly "explosion" looks super sexy to me and curls... well, they have something wild and alluring about them!! Keep it "Afro", haha!

Straight hair also looks nice to me but I'm more a fan of the natural hair look & besides that... I tend to go for methods that don't damage the hair much.

It totally depends on the guy but I know that a lot of guys don't like weaves because you can't run your fingers through it.

But don't use this poll to decide what to do with your hair. Just do what you want with your hair and don't worry about impressing guys.

I go back and forth. It really depends on the girl, hair type and facial structure. My friend laina, unless she's doing a very special braid that's fancy she looks best with natural curls, rather than just straightening her hair. Then girls like Megan Good definitely look better with straightened hair over her natural curls. Then there are girls like Halle Barry who can pretty much do whatever the fuck they want lol. Halle is one of the only girls I've seen with various short hair styles and still looked just as sexy as she does with any of her long hairstyles.

Ugh, I think natural hair on a black woman is BEAUTIFUL. Something about it. I think it really reveals the culture behind her and brings out her facial features much better. I like natural hair on anybody but on black girls I love it the most.

Since I don't date non-white women it really doesn't matter. I do think straight looks better but a friend of mine told me it takes them a very long time and a lot of money and products to straighten her hair. So seems like a lot of trouble. but if they like it, why not.

I thinks it depends from person to person. Some black women suits kinky hair, but many suits straight or wavy hair better. Some also suits both. Alicia Keys, Nathalie Emmanuel and Zendaya suits it natural. But most black men suits very short hair best. If they're mixed it's a bit different. Mixed black-white men suits different textures depending on the person.

I'm not a man, but I do date black women. I prefer the woman to have a hairstyle SHE likes. Natural is beautiful. Straitened, weaved, braided, dreaded hair is also beautiful.

My hair is colored and doesn't look natural. I love it. It's me. It's MY decoration.

I want women who keep their hair natural to feel the same as women who don't - it's just a personal preference, and no one has a right to pressure you into what you don't like.

Personally I like natural hair. Where I'm from there is an obsession with straightened hair, to the point where kids as young as 10 straighten their hair. Embracing curly hair gives you at least 2 coolness points in my book.
