Guys, Is it okay if I ask him out twice in a row?

A couple of weeks ago I met a guy and he invited me for a drink. We had a really nice talk, he's funny, attractive and I feel like we have a lot in common. He happens to live just a few streets away from me, it's like 5 mins walk. Few days later I asked him out for a run, because I knew he was into it. We had a really nice time, we laughed a lot, it was great. We said we have to go running again, or out for a drink. Now, 2 weeks later I still haven't heard from him. He may just be busy with his work.. However, is it too clingy and needy if I will be the one who asks him out? Again?
