Lost and confused between boyfriend and best friend?

I have a boyfriend who treats me good and has so much to offer he takes me out does stuff with me has 3 jobs has 3 cars 3 four wheelers kid that I love like my own has own house and can be such a romantic he doesn't smoke do drugs or anything i care for him but he can't handle my panic attacks is a little controlling and jealous I feel like I can't really trust him that he would go back and tell people stuff I say and yes I useally have a lot of trust issues with everyone cuz of how much I been hurry in past... I have a guy I been best friends with and been messing around with on and off for over 8 years I love him more then anything but he didn't want to put relationship title on it cuz he scared if we got into it that we would lose our friendship but now he been with this one girl for like 4 or so months there toxic for one another they fight a lot and she tells me a lot of times she can't handle him he doesn't know how to calm her down and that I can just have him Back he is starting to come over all the time again sometimes with her sometimes with out I love him always have and I think i always will but he doesn't have job his car is about to go out he bounces from house to house even if I would pay for the stuff he refuses to go out and do anything like eat at restaurants or go to movies or anything he just Refuses but for some reason like I said I love him I feel safe in his arms and when in his arms I feel like I couldn't be more loved he knows how to talk to me he can handle my panic attacks he ain't controlling or the jealous type he does do drugs and shit though but I can trust him with anything only person I can trust 100... granted I don't have job I don't have car I live with a room mate I can be very jealous myself I like my marijuana so I'm not perfect either just I'm really stuck my heart is torn in half for my boyfriend and my best friend bad part is they are cousins so I'm lost and confused
