The last time I stared at a girl, she came over and asked me out to a restuarant... I didn't want a date, I just liked the look of her figure. Another girl I was looking at stopped in the street, waved, smiled etc. Only one girl seemed uncomfortable but that never happened again.

@Giacomanzo It all comes down to whether the girl finds you attractive or not. This is why it's bs when women say ''being approached is creepy, or ''being stared at is creepy''. You can say almost anything if they find you attractive which is why I don't take any of them seriously...

Well, almost anything is hyperbolic, but I agree that both men and women change their opinion about someone's "moves" depending on whether they find the person approching attractive.
I've seen very attractive guys saying very boring jokes and receiving fake laughs from the same girls that ignored completely funnier unattractive guys.

And there is nothing wrong with that.

Dude you are so lucky that has never happened to me, I'm going to keep staring and see what happens. One time this random guy went up to a girl I was staring at and asked her if she wanted him to tell me to stop looking lol what a cockblock. He gave me dirty looks and when I ran into him in the gym locker room I casually took my shirt off to change and as soon as he saw me shirtless he hunched over in fear, put his head down, and tip toed past me. Usually cowards are the biggest tough guys lol.

@DrSphincter Sounds like you came across a typical Whiteknight that was trying to use that as an excuse to chat up the girl. That would never work because she could smell his bs..

I've often had really positive responses from women if they caught me staring. I usually look at them from bottom to top lol. Did that when I saw a cute new girl at work, and she smiled. Later when I talked to her, it seemed the ice had already been broken a little.

@DrSphincter I rarely smile, usually a straight face. I found I didn't smile back, but did so during conversation. Eye contact causes a lot of things to happen too (scientifically in relation to the brain).

I remember I didn't really stare at this girl in my highschool, more like glanced at her a few times, she noticed and just smiled at me. But we don't keep staring like that, we know it's obvious and awkward. I think if a guy just keeps staring, it may be dirty thoughts

I know some guys get so focused that they forget the surroundings lol, but guys usually don´t stare for too long. They just take quick glances everytime, or stare when you don´t look but if you catch them, they look immediately away as if they haven´t done it.

No they normally stare until you catch them then they look away or just take multiple glances. I've never seen a guy stare for that long unless he's about to make a move.

depends on my mood, if iam busy and have something bothering me i will stare and just move on, if iam in the mood and i see the kind of girl i like you bet i will stare the shit out of her, i will stare until she catches me and stare back, you have no idea how much this works, usually i catch girls staring at me and i hold the gaze and dont look away looking away shows weakness, and iam not gonna show such a weakness to a hot girl i haven't even spoken to yet.
