Most women would say yes. If they say no they are more materialstic and that's not a good quality. At your age a car should get you from point A to point B. It shouldn't be flashy for any reason. Cars are ridiculously overpriced, my Dad paid more for a new truck than his first house! Same with my coworker. If you really take a look on the road when you drive, most people don't have new cars, mostly used which is good because cars depreciate so quickly. If you were to purchase a house, the value will increase over time. Cars in reality are a massive waste in all areas, but most of us need them.

I drive a rusted piece of shit, because it gets me from point A to point B. That's what a car is supposed to do. It transports your ass from point A to point B.

Actually, while I could easily go down to the dealer and get a new one, I prefer to drive a piece of crap. I fix it myself and it is reliable, it is theft resistant by its looks, no one parks next to me so I can get in and out easily, and people tend to give you a little more space on the road. I never had any woman complain riding with me in my car. It is a good filter; if she won’t ride in your car with you then you probably really don’t want her anyways.
