What's the difference in a friends with benefits vs GF/BF vs FukBuddy vs Companion vs Partner vs No Strings?

Aren't they all just "titles" to describe a "relationship" that you believe you are in with a "friend" at the moment?

Isn't marriage the only true commitment?

So, at the end of the day aren't they all "relationships" in comparison to a "marriage?"

And why do people put so much focus on placing titles on "relationships" shouldn't they all be "friendships?" Even a marriage should be a commitment to your "best friend."

I'm not really into labels the only one I'd ever use is girlfriend since it's basic.
What makes B/G and partner different is that they simply invest a little more.

I just see people too often trying to label what they are doing in a "relationship" but don't even know the basics like "what's your favor color?" Or "what's your middle name?" People in "relationships" may not even know that the person they are rushing to be with has a criminal offense or what their goals are, but expect labels because they slept together.

SO true! I think many people are more in love with the idea of being in a relationship than the actual person

On some level, if you spend time with someone, have sex etc you are in some form of a relationship. I would certainly consider friendships relationships. Just depends on the ultimate goal I guess
