People dating or are boyfriend girlfriend , have sex , so what’s difference of a friends with benefits? Don’t friends with benefits have only sex and no dates? And dating involves dates hanging out and sex?

a guy asked me to see him weekly on weekends as we work on weekdays. So we go on a date and sleep together like a married couple in his bed 1-2 nights a week. then wakeup together get food together, go to store.
I don’t think that’s a friends with benefits as a friends with benefits would not do any of that it would be too serious and just meet for sex and that’s it?

Its not a hookup either as hookup is meet for sex and leave same night then never meet again.
