Dating for a while and I'm always feel like I go the extra mile for her. An example of this is she came to visit me one time and I got her a new pair of trainers cause I knew we'd be walking a lot and I didn't want her feet to get sore.

I get her gifts and all the time. No big things just stuff that will make her smile and I don't get much back.

it's no something I really wanna talk to her about cause yknow pretty brutal conversation to have. Also not wanting to stop really, feels like I'm with holding happiness to spite her

I understand its so hard not to spoil your partner, but you find out who they really are. One time when my ex was sick, I went and bought him the proper cold medication to make him feel better, when I got sick, he didn't even buy me cough drops. Its not so much as expectation for a nice deed, you want your partner to be there for you. She could be a selfish person and if it continues, you will hold a lot of resentment. Talking out things like that is pretty useless as that should be something they do because they want to, not because you asked them to do it. If that's a deal breaker for you, you may consider finding another partner who will do things for you.
