My boyfriend groped me in my sleep? How do I deal with this?

I already have a fear about personal space and being touched against my will and I don’t know how to confront him without making myself anxious/afraid.

Don't be afraid. Be angry. He's the person you're supposed to be able to trust - I assume he knows your boundaries with your body - and he took advantage. Tell him that's not acceptable and he better not do it again.
