Why does he text me if he's going to ignore me?

now few things happened between us, we texted each other and talked good but then one day when i wanted to meet up he didn't show up and i blocked him then i unblocked him he contacted me again saying we will talk again but he didn't text me a whole week, now what he does is when i post something on intastory he replies to it like 'ohh pretty' then i was like 'ohh you're still alive' then he said ' haha no i'm dead' and i said 'yes i can see' then he ignored me, oke after few days the same he replies and i reply then he ignores, like tfuck man why text me if you're going to ignore, he knows i hate it but why does a guy do/behave like this?

Guys can get a bad Rep for being too clingy when it comes to texting, to me it sounds like he is just testing the waters every. I have had girls do similar things as well to me. My ex before we dated used to poke me every other month on Facebook to see if I would poke back. Eventually I just asked her out, because I did like her as well and I was tired of the poke game haha.

Well that might be true, but the best thing to do is just talk face to face about it if you are able to. If you like him let him know.

i don't personly know him reaaaly good but we talked like for a month then he was cold to me i blocked him, he sent me after 5 months so i decided to give him a second chance then we talked again for a month and when i decided to meet up he didn't show up so i blocked him again, then after 1 month i unblocked him and he contacted me lying about he couldn't reach me because i blocked him everywhere he said that he was going to show up that day (lying), and said we would talk but didn't send me a text and yeah these things happened 'texting ignoring' thing
