I'm unsure as to what dry texting means. Is it when a person is boring, doesn't care, doesn't show interest, or just doesn't text back or start the convo?

It typically refers to when someone gives you one word answers like "hey" OT "lol" (often when they don't feel like texting). A quick Google search and Urban Dictionary lookup would give you plenty of information if you need any more
