people say scary but its romantic cause wen u get a romantic scene were the guy kisses the girl u do the same BUT a movie for a first date is a terrible idea first dates r about getting to know the person and getting them to like u and want to go out again not sit in silence for 2 hours

Horror, it might sound cheesy, the whole cinema cliche. But horror movies make the best first date films hands down. It's gets the blood flowing from the thrills and in an odd way helps you to relax because the fear from the movie helps ease the anxiety off the dare

Everything. They is no special Genre needed. Horror is good for cuddling if they are scared. Action and Thriller for a good time. Romance for setting the mood. Comedy for fun and for laughing.

I think comedy is a nice movie genre for a first date. After few dates, it's best to switch to Romantic or Horror as it's best for cuddles, lol
