Boyfriend deleted my Instagram comments I made on his page? Suspicious?

This guy and I have been dating for two months not long at all, he lives kinda far but he comes down to see me a lot and we talk everyday all day. He’s from LA so he has no friends out here just family. Anyways I’m friends with him on his main social media : Instagram, I spammed him awhile ago with comments he told me he liked them etc and they were left up there for weeks. Recently I noticed he took them all down, I immediately assumed he was hiding me so I asked him why he took them down he simply said” I didn’t think you would get mad, I just didn’t want them up there anymore, you can put them back up if it upsets you that much “ of course I did my investigation and checked to see if he followed some girl new? Nope. Same followers. He let me go through his phone prior to this incident and he usually his open with putting out his phone around me, he was open about sending screenshots of his social media message inboxes as well. I looked through his phone found nothing and like I mentioned we talk everyday, we have a great bond and I know he’s really into me but that deleting comments threw me off. He’s a super chill guy and saw no reason to be angry, he also doesn’t post much on Instagram or Snapchat of himself it’s usually of landscapes or outdoor views. No flirty comments of girls are on his page. Am I being too paranoid? Please help

"we have a great bond" you clearly don't if you feel the need to go through his phone instead of just trusting his word. I hate when couples do that, being in a relationship doesn't mean we now have to share everything. There's this thing called privacy, sometimes you have things you don't want anyone to see and that doesn't mean you're doing anything bad or shady. If it is bothering you so much go put back the comments.

So your saying It’s not that big of a “I’m cheating red flag”? He takes a lot of selfies with me and he saves all my photos on his phone but never posts them

Of course not! Maybe he takes the selfies with you to remember of you or to look at them when you're away from him. Not everything you do has to be exposed on social media and you just said he's not the one to be posting his face up and down on social media. You're in relationship with him and just him not him, the people from your Instagram, and people from his Instagram. Don't panic
