People who allow themselves to be fat are usually lazy and selfish.
Maybe you need to man up and not be with someone who doesn't care about your feelings.

Tell her she's heavy and its unhealthy, tell her to join a gym and stop killing herself and your relationship.
Is she depressed or just lazy and greedy? Does she even do any house chores, with how busy I am I can't picture being fat unless I'm sick, or is she a princess who doesn't work or do house chores, you men bring this on yourselves wanting to date invalids.
Why should it matter? Do you really care about her health, or do you just care that people say it isn't "right" If she's not overweight, technically there's nothing wrong with her weight. This doesn't sound like genuine concern, it just sounds like you don't want her to make you look bad or something. But if you simply just want her to eat healthier, tell her but don't be rude about it. Go on a healthy journey with her.
My concern would be why she is eating like that. Maybe you are best to talk to her. It could be that she's just got content, but quite often with it's an emotional issue
If you find her attractive, who cares how much she weighs. I’d be perfectly fine with a girl who has a bit more weight than me (I’m sorta a skinny f**k to be fair), otherwise try and ask her if she’ll come to the gym with you and you want to bond more with her over exercise (even recommending hiking out in nature would be good. It shouldn't matter. It should matter even less what other people think and say. I've been with my wife 18 years and we've fluctuated weight throughout... Would you like it if all her friends commented on your appearance negatively?

Who the hell is saying it isn't "right". How about they keep their noses out of other peoples business? There is no wrong or right body to have in a relationship.
Yah if you can't admit that it bothers you instead of saying its because of what others think then you have a ways to go as far as maning up. If she's putting on weight now with those habits. It's not going to get any better so if it bothers you then better take care of it now than clinging onto a false hope.
Fat is not the same as muscle. If your shorter girlfriend is heavier than you and isn't obese it mean your a very weak beta male.
I prefer skinny girls. Not gonna change so I guess its a win win
