He needs to make sure he sets aside time for you, but if that's his dream, you should support him. Major league gamers can make pretty good money if they are good enough, so let him give it a shot. Be supportive, but don't be afraid to tell him he needs to let it go.

He should spend less time playing COD and appreciate his girlfriend more
No I hear lots of young guys think they can do that. Then they find out they are not so good compared to so many others around the world if they start competing. So let him dream and dont say anything bad. :)
At your age? No, its quite common for guys to have unrealistic career goals. There is nothing wrong with having that as a dream job, but he needs a reality check if that is the ONLY job he tries to pursue.
I highly doubt he's actually that good. I've beaten some "pros" in my day and I'm hardly a regular player of FPS games
No. My boyfriend wants to be a professional gamer too. I don't see anything weird with that. It's a legitimate career.

Not too weird, a lot of guys wanna go for that these. If it's something he really wants to do, you should let him, and if you really care about him, you should support him. If you feel it is very foolish, you need to let him know that and remind to focus his attention and energy on the relationship between you and him.
Roast his ass. If that doesn't work then I don't know. He needs to do something about that.
Maybe h should put down the controller and start playing with you before the relationship goes down hill. He can play his game another time or when he's not with you anymore.
Tell him to start twitch streaming in hopes of making money, if he can't make money with it he's not worth anything to the world as a "gamer".
No lol there lots of professional gamers I mean look at YouTubers like FazeCensor he’s made a career out of making videos & he’s the COD champion same with some other youtubers they make money by doing reactions
Does he have other ambitions? If he doesn't, I would worry...
Unless he's making good money off of it he probably shouldn't do it.
A) He won't make any money
B) He won't have any time for you
C) Why COD its such a shit game, the developers dont give a flying fuck about the game
D) I think the question is baitNo. Professional gamers can make good money. Plus it's important to do something you love. Having a job/career you hate or dislike sucks.
New bf? Wow that's Easy. Go fishing for new dicks. Can't be that hard to get one. Right?
Honestly if that’s what he’s going to try and become, he will not have time for you
