Being single is not a sign of failure. If getting into a relationship is goal then being single doesn't mean you fail, it means you're on your way to success, and the past relationships are just part of the process. I've been single all my life. 22 years 😂😂
Yeah I’m not sure why. To me, it’s a totally false outlook. I love being single with no kids. I don’t have to worry about the well being of anyone else, I don’t have to stress about anyone, I don’t have to spend my money on anyone. The world is mine and I’m free
There's nothing wrong with staying single. You have all your life to hold off on that, just live and not worry about controlling by someone... But yet again being in a relationship isn't bad either.
Is it? Most young women I know are single. They're avoiding dating because they "aren't ready" and just spend their time having meaningless casual sex. What a great time to be alive for romance lovers.
People think it's fun to be single until it's their only choice. Easy to say that being single is great, when you can pick up a chick everyday. It's not so great when you need love and no one wants to give you any.
A relationship is generally seen as a sign of validation that you are desirable. I don't know what else is worth saying about it. Being single is seen as telling the world that the opposite sex doesn't find you desirable
Also I believe people use "at lease I have a boyfriend/girlfriend" excuse to feel better about themselves. Like if that's the only thing they got that you don't have they use it because they are jealous. My sister try to pull that shit and I was snickering because it been 8 years for her and he hasn't marry her ass so why would I be jealous? and she thought she can get to me when she said my ex dump even thou the idiot didn't know that he came back a year later so her point? irrelevant.
Being single is not a failure. But it is a lot easier. There are times that I wish I was. But I like having someone that is around to be there for me as well.
Not like I'm trying. You know what yes. My activity in trying has dropped nearly 100 percent at least on here. It doesn't work, its hit and miss with talking to anyone and somethings wrong it seems with every interaction is like talking to a wall
For me trying to get that woman is my goal and reach closeness with her is my goal if I'm interested but if i don't and end up getting rejected or friendzoned welp mission failed heart broken let the emotional suffering get worse
I prefer to be single, as im doing quite well financialy. The right woman will appear oneday like that rare shiny Pokemon!

I feel like a failure sometimes because of failed relationships. I dont believe that marriage is the ultimate goal in life, but the fear of not being attractive enough make me have a pessimistic outlook.

You have to be valuable to get and keep a woman. The lack of ability to do so only displays a shortcoming on my part.
At this point it's more of an accepted inferiority, so I don't pretend like it doesn't exist or that everything is subjective.
I've been through that phase. Have faith, things will get better :)

I wouldn't say that being sign is a failure but it just feels nice to have someone there at the end of the day who cares about you and support you.

Love with work is best rather with girlfriend

I swear the goal of modern society was to sleep around as much as possible... so being tied to one person in a relationship is technically a fail
Who told so? Arranged marriages in traditional way are way better than love marriage. Am not against loving but arrange marriages tend to last better
Most people haven't experience fuck up people in the dating world so they don't get how some people might be relief from dating.

I would like to be in a relationship but right now its not the right time so i prefer being single, depends on the person and timing.

Not being able to hold someone down and you basically need 2 inclines in order to sustain yourself in today's world

It can be, but not necessarily. What's worse? Being single, or being in a brutally abusive relationship with a sociopath?
