Are tattoos attractive on a girl? Particularly finger/hand tattoos?

It depends it seems like at some point it's like Overkill I mean if you got a couple of tats that's not a problem but nowadays people be like really jumping out the window with it you see girls that got the whole back tatted whole sleeves like guys it looks crazy

I mean it depends where and how many. I personally don’t mind on the wrists or back of the hand but not a fan of finger tats
