So my boyfriend has requested that before we have sex i have to twerk for him. Now i don't know how to twerk, but I've watched a few videos and am learning, but I'm so shy becoz one i have some extra meat on me, and two i feel like it's a bit degrading. and it's only degrading if you feel it is. some women enjoy it, some dont. i haven't been put in the situation of twerking completely naked, but id do it in a thin babydoll dress or lingerie or something.
do it in front of the mirror and watch yourself so you get used to it and get over your shyness. also wear (or don't wear?) what he wants you to wear so you'll be looking at exactly what he'll be seeing. if you still feel degraded tell him you don't want to. either he'll get over it or show his true colors.

i think if you're so uncomfortable then you shouldn't do it. it could ruin the mood for you yourself and you may not feel very sexy but rather embarrassed or uncomfortable. wouldn't turn YOU on.
