Any tips for a shy guy?

I have crush on him. We talk once in our gc. I think we vibe coz i remember he was talkative with me that time. I noticed he sucks at chat. He is dry talking. It's frustrating sometimes. Our mutual friend keep on insisting me to talk to him instead of chatting.

Now I don't know what to do. I feel bad. What if I annoyed him. He has been ignoring my messages. I even unsent some messages.

I don't care if we don't become lovers. Friendship is enough for me 😉

Just overlook the dry side of things and keep seeming interested. A lot of shy guys just feel awkward and assume no one wants them. Lots of times Shy guys are chatty they just gotta have the go ahead that its okay to be chatty then you get to see the true hidden gem of a lit candle. (Word of caution if they know its okay to chat with ya its okay to have a mutual sign when its "too much" XD.)

Nah he's interested but probably is just nervous and trying not to come off as idiot in my opinion. I'm mostly talking from my own experince as I'm pretty shy myself but if you take the time to kinda let me know its safe to not hide in my shell (metaphorical shell) I can be very chatty and nerdy.

Ask that mutual friend asked his hobbies. Shy guys normally talk a lot more of it is about themselves or something they like.

Go slow at first and try to not break his privacy, don't send too much messages, instead be wise with what you type and prefer to talk in person where it is easier for him to see that you are interested. If you gonna text, mostly react to something he said previously or question his interests so he can talk more about himself.
