Hi there. I'd say befriend her first if you can such as if you're in a class together or there's some place you see her often. Have a few conversations, try to make her laugh if you can. That way you can get comfortable talking to her. If you're shy or think you'll panic maybe write a little note. Complimenting her can help get the point across as she'll get that you like something about her, and if she compliments you back - when she doesn't need too - then it shows she admires something about you. (or at the very least is a friendly person) Try and get her alone, or ask to talk to her later. Have a plan - 1 or 2 in mind if you're not sure what she's into, that you could both enjoy. Whatever you do be confident with yourself for going after her and proud no matter the response. :)

I would want him to do it in a sweet way. Like if he sends me a small card that he made himself and thanks me for something small I did for him to show his appreciation. And then a few days later invites me out and says "he do you want to meet at this movie theatre, just the two of us? I want to thank you for helping me with that class last week."

When she's enjoying your company and she invests in you, i. e. she asks something about you, that's your green light that she likes you and you should suggest you guys meet up. But suggest 2 different times in case she isn't available the first cause she won't want to be the one to suggest an alternative because girls are scared of looking desperate.

First of all you don't 'ASK' them 'OUT'. You invite them to DO something specific with you.

"I have tickets to [name concert] - wanna go?"
We'll be at [name place] for drinks after work, why don't you stop by?"
I've been dying to see [name the movie] will you go with me?

Make it fun, entertaining, engaging, interesting. If she has any attraction at all she'll agree to it. If she's busy she'll say she can't make that one but would be open to an alternate event or date. If she just turns you down there's no attraction - it's dead.

Go straight up and ask her no hesitation. She won't expect it. Say i think your pretty cute go out woth me. Dont ask. Dont say will you go out with me that gives the option to say no. But if you say go out or whatever then they have to think and thats when you can sway or just keep conversation
