In my age group it is the norm but it is, also, really unhealthy. Holding belly fat can lead to increased chances of heart attacks in men. So many men start dying of heart attacks starting at 35. If a man is young it is best to work a healthy diet because by 50 it is really hard to keep weight off.

No I am not because when I was growing up men well into their old age were slim. It had to do with diet. Everything started changing around the 90s.

Dad bods are men with love handles and slight chub on his chest stomach and hips.

I think girls like it because the man is a protector. Or maybe it reminds us of our dads who protected us.

I find something attractive about a dad bod but I can’t put my finger on it as to why I do.

Lol not like those.  A dad bod is supposed to be just slight chub, like a guy who is semi fit but still eats crap or whatever. Not just a huge beer belly like that. Dad bod isn't Homer Simpson bod.

Any heavier and i would say no but with age you find out how well your gene pool is and how hard it is to maintain that late teen early twenties figure is. There’s just not enough time in the day to do everything and still work out

Personally I don't because it reminds me of my dad and is just nit attractive to me. If I had an SO with a dad body every time I would look at him I would think of my father. 🤢 Which is the last thing I would want to see.

Yes I do, if they’re still fit and healthy but a little chunky it’s hot. It’s the best cuddling partner. I also think being super toned and strong is hot too tho.
