What age did you fall in love first?

Wow, ummm... complicated topic, complicated answer, so, here goes...
1.) Even at my age, I don't know what love is, anymore - can only claim to thought I had.
2.) I was always in love with everything
3.) I was "in love" with every girlfriend up until the last one, but never ended up married, so I was obviously doing it wrong the whole time.
To answer your question 14. I skipped to true love's merry Sound of Music soundtrack as I picked flowers for her for what was sure to be the most important and romantic moment of my life *ever*!!!
(It turned out, it sure was... like a beautiful white dove flying serenely in the sky at one in peace with the world... ... seconds before its sucked into the intake of a passing 747.)
She basically ditched me for her ex, and just waited till Valentine's day to tell me... (and that was probably the best relationship I've ever had)
Technically I could have just handed the Devil my heart right then and ground it up and had a barbecue and saved several ladies a great deal of grief and myself a lifetime of waste and hassle.
I differentiate between being "in love" and "loving someone" You must mean "At what age did you first THINK you were in love" ? Probably when I was 10 ! Then again at 12, 13, and most notably at 16, which is when I thought I really LOVED this girl. I was totally sure at 18 (a different girl) and transferred to her college to be with her, but that turned out to be wrong too. Again at 22, but... nope. Now I "fall in love" every time I see a smart, beautiful girl !! Is it love? Not at all, it's being "in love' or "lust". Believe it or not, sometimes it's a lot easier that way ! :)
Im a hopeless romantic. Either two alternatives I'll continue desiring to love someone oneway and nothing happens or maybe life will surprise me the least of the day I expect. I've never experienced being in love or having someone that loves me in a romantic sense. My loved ones are my parents, and siblings and i'm in my mid 20's. :(
My first crush was at the age of 6 - my strongest and most powerful desire for somebody else was at the age of 18 but within 3 years - it was like they never existed - I 100% lost all attraction
Because I've been person women have lost attraction to, I'm curious, what was reason you lost attraction?
@Friendlyexperienced My personality changed. I didn't like the person in a mental or sexual way - it was 100% spiritual attraction so when my relationship with God changed I stopped liking him.
Ahh, life, as we seem to know it, seems to be interesting that way. Thank you for reply!

Here is my story. I had a huge crush on this girl in high school. I was 15 when this happened. I had one of those dreams one night where it is very clear and you remember every detail. I still clearly remember that dream to this very day. We were kissing very intensely. I remember waking up the next morning and feeling very odd. I was totally rested, full of energy, full of life, felt very positive. I felt like I could take on the world that day and win everything! And I sat there bewildered as to why I felt so good, then I remembered having that dream. I was totally flooded with this warm sensation and emotion that I had never felt before. It was then, without a doubt, that I knew what being in love felt like!
I was 14. It was with one of my best friends and she didn’t know. It lasted for two years and it caused me so much emotional pain when I saw her everyday and I noticed her flirting with one my other friends. Love is a blessing and a curse. It depends on how you look at it.
For real when I was 17. I kept to myself a lot in high school and he was pretty well liked so I never thought we'd know each other let alone date but for some reason he reached out to me one day and we talked for months before dating. He turned out to be a huge ass though, unfortunately.
Guess I was always right about those "popular" kids after all.
I was 17. I remember the whole thing like it was yesterday even though im 22 now. Unfortunately we never got together and went our separate ways. She was my best friend at the time...
I've never fallen in love and don't think I ever will at 24.
I have never been in love. I have loved but not been in love. Could have been but guys have always broken my heart before I could. I hope and pray one day I do fall in love.
the thing is that the definition of that changes for me. so i've been in the situation where i thought i was in love 5 times. but from what i know today and from my todays perspective it was actually only once.
Fall in love? Can having a crush on someone count? lol I have not loved, but just had a long crush at the age of 8 lol.
17. It was my very first day at college (I was young for college). Met a guy who lived in my dorm and we fell for each other instantly. Dated for about 2.5 years, but we were so young! Haven't fallen in love that easily ever since.
I've never been in love. But if it ever happens, I might fall in love within 5 or 6 years. I just know it's impossible now.
17-18, Mari-Anne. She wanted me to be her friend. I wrote Poetry for her. If only I asked her to go on lunch-date in school or a real date, we could have dated. I REGRET THAT SO MUCH.
However old one is in 4th or 5th grade. What happened after I tried to be her boyfriend, would influence my life up to about 41!
16 was the age I genuinely fell in love. And tbh I was and wasn't prepared for the things that came with that. I grew from it a lot though.
I was 6 years. She was 6 also.
I wrote her a love letter but the teacher caught it and read it for all the class.
First big humiliation from that bitch.
When I was 17. He was messing around with my best friend so I ended up hating him. As a 17 year old, I was very emotional
Like in a crush? 6 or 7. As in infatuation during the honeymoon period? 16. As in love which only really develops over a long period of time? 24.
To me, love is just a gradual evolution of feelings and it really isn't something truly serious until at least a decade of meaningful interaction has passed.
So, I only love my closest friends at this point xD
Fell in love when i was 19 first time to the wrong person, now I've fallen in love again and i couldnt be more happy
14, he became my world and he controlled everything i did and thought. I was head over heels and felt like i couldnt breath without him. We ended at 16 for other reasons.
Like... 16. It went very badly. I want a mind wipe.
I can't exactly pinpoint it but it's when i met my boo.
I was so sure I was in love with this dude I barely knew when I was 14 😂😭
First crush: 13. First 'real' crush: 15. First serious relationship-love: 16.
At seventeen, I realized I was truly in love already after a year of dating my first boyfriend.
21 its indescribable but tbh it was a weird relationship and i think im falling for someone atm
I fell in love with my best friend when I was 15. That ended up destroying my heart since I knew it couldn't go anywhere 'cause she was taken.
20, and it would have broken social boundries if it happened. I try not to blame myself, but sometimes i think i should have risked it.
27. I was too slow to go after her and she lost interest.
Never happened to me really. I don't mind though, I enjoy my independence
I was 15 but she broke up with me just because I didn't want to have sex on Christmas night party 😈😈😈
19. Second boyfriend.
Doesn't keep good track on that one for some funny reason.
