At what age did you first fall in love?

I'm not even sure if I actually did fall in love. I guess that looks like some sort of a childish crush thingy and it never happened again. But if falling in love with someone online counts then I was 19 the first time it happened. I just couldn't tell if it's actually falling in love or just having a deep bond with her because I'm not even planning to date her. Or maybe I would if we actually get to meet up but I'm not sure. Our bond still pretty much stayed the same though but we're not dating. That could just be a squish not a "falling in love" in a romantic way.

I was 15. She was 14. We were in a dance class together and she was the only girl I felt comfortable chatting to. I was incredibly shy back then and it took me two years to say anything to her. I wrote to her and said how I felt and that I'd like to go out for coffee and see where it led.

Unfortunately she didn't feel the same. Only girl I regret not saying anything sooner to. Also the only girl I asked out that nothing happened with.

It's over 30 years ago and I still think of her more than any ex.

It doesn't matter I'm not together with that person anymore anyway. ... What's in the past is passed. But I believe I was 32. I don't usually fall in love quickly anyway, lust yes, love, not really. And usually people do the same. They confuse lust/infatuation with love. Especially when they start having sex with someone, then the bonding hormones start to kick in.

I've had a few boyfriends, my first was 14 I'm 32 now me and my ex were together 8 years me and my current have been together 3 years but I think overall I've never felt the way I feel with my partner before so looking back I was never in love with any of my exes even tho I thought i was.. I fell in love at 29 with my current partner. 3 years later with two babies! I wouldn't trade him for the world.

But I was 36 I met a 30 year old. We lived together for over a year. She was the first woman I ever loved with my heart and soul. She loved me, too.

Fake-love…. I’ve had an eye for the ladies for as long as I can remember being conscious and self-aware. Probably 4 or 5 in preschool.

Had a bunch of middle school girlfriends that I loved hard for as much as a week and half, and as short as three or four school periods😂

I was probably like 16 when I really loved a girl…but even that was teen love. After that, I was 27/28. A couple girls I was in strong-like with with before that, but nothing I’d fully stamp in retrospect.
